Olive Neutral Outfits for Work
My Sizing: I’m 4’10”, and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″, and 36″. My inseam is 25″ (the measurement from the inside of my leg to my ankle bone). The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online. When referencing my true size, that is often the smallest option available at a brand or petite xxs/00/24. I wear a size 5 shoe.
LOFT Versa Palazzo Pants
The Palazzo Pants from LOFT are made from wrinkle-resistant crepe. They flow and swish when you walk and have a soft, stretchy waistband. In petite, these pants have a 27.5″ inseam, which bunches a little bit at my feet in a pair of flats. The leg is very generous and roomy, but drapes nicely. I styled them two simple ways with a short sleeve sweater. One sweater is tucked in and the next is cropped to the waist.

The sweater I’m wearing in this outfit runs small. I’m wearing it in XXS, but it is a close fit – you may want to size up for more room. It’s also short and will ride up/show your midsection with wear so for wearing to work, you’ll want to wear a layer underneath.

Twirl Skirt
I think I’ll always love a pleated skirt. I love the way they swish and move and to me they’re more practical than a silk skirt (although I love those too). The Twirl Skirt from Artizia is cut beautifully and is fully lined with a sheer overlay. It starts at XXS, but I go with XS. I love the Twirl Skirt but this option from Amazon is less expensive also pretty great. I paired the skirt with the same cropped cardigan from above to show another way to wear the sweater.

Jeans
Outfits for work with jeans seem to be the most popular outfits on my blog. In honor of the restock of my favorite straight jeans from Quince, I styled them with a striped olive and white top, and a linen blazer.
