When I first spotted the Gap 365 Trousers in purple this season, I thought they were the same pair I styled a lot last year (link here), but I decided to order them just to be sure. Turns out, they’re a little more purple than last year’s version, but still a gorgeous fall color. The Gap 365 trousers have a 28″ inseam in petite, which bunches a bit at my feet when I wear flats but works perfectly with a low heel. They’re made with a flat front waistband and elastic stretch in the back. The wide leg is generous, but they drape and move beautifully when you walk.

My Sizing: I’m 4’10”, and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″, and 36″. My inseam is 25″ (the measurement from the inside of my leg to my ankle bone). The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. Purple Wide Leg Pants with a Black Top

For something sleek and simple, I styled the purple trousers with a black top. Since the trousers have a wide, flowy leg, I like a slimmer-fitting black top tucked in to balance proportions. I went with a simple sleeveless top here, but you can also add a blazer or caridgan in black to cover your arms.
