My recent order from Boden yielded a few petite wins! I found two beautiful dresses, a matching set, and a pair of denim shorts that just may be my new favorite. Read on for a full review of a few summer finds from Boden.

Summer Finds from Boden
My Sizing: I’m 4’10”, and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″, and 36″. My inseam is 25″ (the measurement from the inside of my leg to my ankle bone). The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online. When referencing my true size, that is often the smallest option available at a brand or petite xxs/00/24. I wear a size 5 shoe.
Bella Puff Sleeve Maxi Dress
The Bella Puff Sleeve Maxi Dress is gorgeous. The sleeves are slightly puffed but not too puffy. The waist has stretch at the back, so it’s comfortable, and I love the full maxi-length skirt. The print is subtle and beautiful—this dress is my new favorite. It is very low cut, so I pinned mine—a small sacrifice to an otherwise perfect dress, in my opinion. For size reference, I’m wearing it in Petite 0.

Wren Midi Dress
The Wren Midi Dress is an eyelet dress with beautiful details all over. The dress is fully-lined and feels substantial. It is 100% cotton and is very well made. It is pricey, but the fit and flare style, classic embroidery and high quality construction makes it a dress you can have in your wardrobe for years to come. The dress is a pull-on style with a flat front waist and stretch at the back. I’m wearing it in Petite 0 and find it to be true to size overall. Although it is a “midi” dress, on my height, this dress is a maxi. There is no gaping at the arms, but it is a little bit low-cut – in the photo below, I have it layered over a camisole.
Toweling Set
This toweling set is terry cloth. If you’re not familiar with terry cloth, it’s like a towel. So this set is perfect for wearing with a bathing suit or around water. I love the bright and fun summer print. I’m wearing the top in XS and the bottoms in a size 2!
Cut Off Denim Shorts
The Cut Off Denim Shorts have a high rise and a relaxed fit that I love. They start at a size 2, which would be my true size based on their size chart. They have a perfect, relaxed fit and a 4″ inseam. They’re not too tight anywhere, but also not too loose. I found my new favorite denim shorts in this pair.
