I’m often asked to share budget-friendly petite finds, and I’m always happy when I can deliver! This fall, I found four petite layering pieces from Kohl’s, all under $60, that are perfect for the office. Kohl’s is known for running sales often, so most of these pieces will be under $40, but you’ll have to act fast – their petite items sell out quickly.

Four Budget-Friendly Fall Layers for the Office (All Under $60)

My Sizing: I’m 4’10”, and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″, and 36″. My inseam is 25″ (the measurement from the inside of my leg to my ankle bone). The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online. When referencing my true size, that is often the smallest option available at a brand or petite xxs/00/24. I wear a size 5 shoe.

Sonoma Heritage Blazer

This plaid blazer has a boxy modern fit and a fall-ready plaid print. It’s well-fitted at the shoulders and arms with sleeves that just touch my hands. This blazer is a fully lined blend of 88% recycled polyester, 11% wool, 1% other fiber. It’s rough in texture, but not itchy. This blazer is a great alternative to the more expensive blazer I featured in my recent fall workwear capsule wardrobe.

Nine West Closureless Blazer

If traditional blazers feel a bit restrictive, this Nine West blazer is for you. It’s soft, stretchy, and moves with you. The ruched sleeves are a great length without needing to be pushed back.

Croft & Barrow Polished Cardigan

This lightweight cardigan has a streamlined, polished fit and comes in several color options. It’s a lightweight layer that doesn’t add any bulk. The sleeves are a great length overall, and it’s well-fitted at the shoulders. I find it to fit true to size overall.

Nine West Coatigan

This coatigan is the perfect mix between a sweater and a jacket. It’s a little heavier and longer than the Croft & Barrow cardigan, so it feels extra cozy and warm. I’m wearing the gray and white chevron print, but it also comes in a few other colors and patterns. The sleeves are a bit long, so I just cuff them. Otherwise, I find it to fit true to size.

Finding good petite pieces that don’t cost a fortune can be a challenge, so I’m really happy with these Kohl’s finds. They’re comfy, stylish, and all under $60 — such good basics for fall.
