My Sizing: I’m 4’10”, and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″, and 36″. My inseam is 25″ (the measurement from the inside of my leg to my ankle bone). The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online. When referencing my true size, that is often the smallest option available at a brand or petite xxs/00/24. I wear a size 5 shoe.

Cream Tones with the Chiara Coat and Aritzia Sweater

Monochrome neutrals always look elegant for winter. Here, I styled The Wide-Leg Jean with the Drapey Chiara Coat from J.Crew and a turtleneck sweater from Aritzia.

  • Chiara Coat: I’m wearing it in Petite 00, and it’s true to size. It’s unlined and lightweight, which makes it great for layering — not too bulky over sweaters.
  • Aritzia Sweater: This thick, warm turtleneck is perfectly proportioned through the sleeves and body. The neck is a bit tall on me, so I cuffed it under for a shorter, petite-friendly fit.

I love how the cream tones and soft textures complement the structured denim — it’s cozy, polished, and petite-perfect.

A Pop of Color with a Purple Cardigan

For a deep colorful pop, I paired The Wide-Leg Jean with a lightweight purple cardigan from Gap. I’m wearing this in Petite XS, and it fits beautifully through the shoulders and sleeves.

I love the rich purple color for fall — it adds a nice pop without being too bold. I left the bottom two buttons undone to subtly show the rise of the jeans, creating a flattering, leg-lengthening effect.

Cozy Layers with a Marled Cardigan

For an extra cozy look, I styled The Wide-Leg Jean with a marled wrap cardigan from LOFT. I’m wearing it in Petite XXS, and it has a relaxed but not oversized fit — perfect for petites.
