I have a group of friends I’ve known since high school. We have a group chat, inside jokes and the most love for one another. They are my boos. One of them is getting married this year and we’ve all been abuzz with wedding plans and dress shopping. We have a bachelorette trip planned in July, so we’ve all been working extra hard on those bikini bodies! We text each other after our workouts, snap pictures of new recipes we try and give encouragement when someone gets down. They inspire me and keep me motivated. Do you have a group of friends like that? I’m fortunate to have them and I hope you have some sort of accountability partner too. Whether it be your friends, your man or a group you find online, the encouragement really keeps you going! If you don’t have a particular person, sometimes a diary or a journal helps to keep you on track, be your own accountability partner!
