For this capsule, I included the Bella Straight Jeans from Quince—a reader favorite and one of the most-loved items I’ve shared over the years.

Bella Straight Jeans from Quince

These jeans are stretchy, comfortable, with a 10.5″ rise and inseam options. The 26″ inseam is a full-length straight style on me, which works beautifully with ballet flats and slim ankle boots. They don’t pair as well with the sneakers I included in the capsule since the length touches the tops of the shoes, which made me look a little wider and shorter overall.

If you want to style straight jeans with sneakers, I recommend:

  • Cuffing the jeans to show a little ankle,
  • Choosing a shorter inseam so the hem doesn’t hit the shoe, or
  • Going with a high-top sneaker like Converse, which you can tuck under the jeans. (I shared an example of this styling in another post — link here). Converse sneakers also pair well with wide leg jeans so they may be an overall more versatile choice, just depends on your style.
