In Love With Lace
Is there anything more romantic than lace? Whether it be a lace top, dress or skirt; to me, something about a little lace just adds so much romance to an outfit. When Cuddy Studios asked me to pick a couple of my favorite pieces from their spring line, this lace bell sleeve top was first on my list.

The Top
Since this pretty little bell sleeve top arrived on my doorstep, I’ve worn it with; jeans and sandals running errands, trousers and heels for work, and here on this blog with one of my all time favorite pleated skirts. Cuddy Studios gifted me this top and I’m sure glad they did. It is comfortable, classic and quite the compliment generator. As far as sizing, I picked an xs, which is my typical size and it is a little bit bigger than I would like. Not terrible big, but a little bit wider than my shoulders. Even a little oversized, I still love the top and the fit and the bell sleeves aren’t too long, which can sometimes be a problem for me.

The Skirt
When I first started this little blog back in 2013, I wanted to put all the fabulous, pretty skirts on it that I could find. At the time, I felt like pleats, tulle and full midi skirts were so blogger. Although my pictures weren’t the best and I had no clue how to pose, I loved that skirt then and I still love it now. You can check out (and maybe laugh a little) at one of my very early posts, featuring this skirt here! You can shop a couple similar options, here and here.
Where I Wore It
I’m going to wear this top more than I thought I would. When I first opened it up, I thought of pairing it with a skirt and dressing it up. But in a rush to get to kindergarten registration, I threw it on with a pair of jeans and my Tory Burch Miller sandals and loved it with a casual vibe. Since it is relatively lightweight, I can see wearing it into the summer and not sweltering to death in our humidity. Speaking of humidity, it has already arrived, can you tell from the fro, formerly known as my hair?!

So what about you? Do you love a good lace top?
