Of all the things I’ve purchased from Loft lately, this peplum tank top is the thing I’ve worn the most.

Loft Peplum Tank Top

I’ve worn this tank top the most because it fits my daily uniform. Cute top, jeans or shorts and sandals. Boom. I’m pretty simple most days. I love to stay casual and comfortable, but elevate my outfit with a cute top. This peplum tank is silky and I die for the print. The peplum has a cute little ruffle top to it, which I love. It’s floaty and fun! Since it comes in petite, the arm holes fit me perfectly and the length is just right! Thanks Loft!

How I Styled It

This top just speaks for itself, so I tend to keep it simple. I’ve worn it with jeans and a pair of heels and shorts and sandals. Here, I’m rocking my everyday jeans, Tory Burch Sandals and Charming Charlie Austin Earrings. Can’t forget my favorite tote (which I’m still seeing available in my color at my local Nordstrom).

Where I’ll Wear It

Um, everywhere! I truly feel like this top was a good investment and something I will get a ton of wear out of. I can pretty much wear it anywhere. Dress it up for work or date night and dress it down for playdates and errands.

Tank Top with Jeans and Sandals Outfit

Apparently my life is just comical, so I’ve got another story for you today. I was wearing this outfit on a Sunday, we walked into church and realized it was a Sunday we were supposed to bring a dish. I failed. So we left to go to a store nearby and grab a pie. I’m walking out with the pie and a drink (which my husbands). The darn drink starts to fall and I go to grab it and like throw the pie…like really. It lands in the parking lot and the can comes crashing down on my foot. You wouldn’t think that would be a big deal, but oh my goodness, I felt like my toe was broken. I cried like a little baby. I’m embarrassing. I hobbled to the car trying to hide the fact that I’m a grown woman crying over a dropped pie and a bum toe. All the while blaming my husband because it was his darn drink. He had been watching the spectacle from the car. He had to go in for another pie because I couldn’t pull myself together, lol. Luckily, my boys felt bad for me and my boo boo, so they coddled me for at least a minute or two. Let this be an example that someone can appear to have their life together on the internet, meanwhile they’re forgetting to bring a covered dish and dropping pies in parking lots.

At least I looked cute in my Loft shirt while I sobbed over a bleeding baby toe. Maybe the onlookers were so distracted by my shirt, they didn’t notice my production, ha.
