We all love to work our lower body, I mean who doesn’t want a nice backside and toned, tight legs? But, the upper body has some pretty awesome muscles too. Adding a little muscle up top, lifts the bust, corrects your posture and well, makes just about any tank top look fabulous on you! This is another workout done by my non-pregnant self, however, it is totally safe to do while pregnant! If you are pregnant and you’re not feeling super strong in your core, feel free to drop to your knees for the push-ups!

The funny thing is, I had this all ready to share back in August, when I was in prime morning sickness mode and totally forgot! So, here it is now, let the sunny pictures take you back to warm weather days.

Be sure to start with your warm-up and have plenty of water on hand. Perform this workout on alternating days, on the off day, do a little cardio or work your lower body instead! Finish up with the cool down and spend the rest of your day glowing with fit girl pride.
