Petite-friendly and classic, this navy pair of pants is a wardrobe staple you can wear for years to come. I’ve styled these pants in capsule wardrobes and in many posts over the years, and today I’m styling them in four more ways for the spring season.

Four Outfits for Work with Navy Pants
My Sizing: I’m 4’10”, and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″, and 36″. My inseam is 25″ (the measurement from the inside of my leg to my ankle bone). The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online. When referencing my true size, that is often the smallest option available at a brand or petite xxs/00/24. I wear a size 5 shoe.
Ann Taylor Perfect Pants
The Perfect Pants from Ann Taylor are a slim, wide pair of trousers with a clean, flat front. In standard sizing, they run snug across my hips and thighs, so I find the curvy fit to be the best fit for me. In curvy, I wear these in my true size. In petite sizing, they have a 28.5″ inseam, which I need to wear a low heel with. I styled them in the outfits below, layering lightweight knits and blazers over sleeveless tops, so you can look professional while staying comfortable in the spring and summer heat.
Navy + Brown
I bought this twill blazer this past winter. I immediately fell for the unique shade of brown and modern boxy fit. I love the way this color looks with navy. The blazer is twill, so it’s a little on the heavy side, so I layered it over a sleeveless knit top from Kohl’s. The top is a mockneck style that looks polished under the blazer.

Light Blue Blazer
I found this summer-ready light blue blazer at WHBM. It’s lightweight and textured, with a great fit. I’m wearing it here in Petite 00 and it fits true to size. The sleeves are shown pushed back here, but the length is perfect. I’m wearing the blazer buttoned over a double-lined tank top. The tank top is from Ann Taylor; it has a square neckline that is a little wide-set, so you’ll need a convertible bra (a strapless bra with straps attached so they’re wide-set).

Lightweight Cardigan
A simple cardigan is always an easy piece to wear—especially when the fit is right. I found this one at Kohl’s, and it’s both affordable and lightweight, making it a great option for warmer weather. I’m wearing it in XS and find it fits well overall, though I do need to cuff the sleeves.

Plaid Blazer
In the final look, I chose another blazer from Ann Taylor. This taupe blazer has a subtle plaid print with shades of light blue and brown. The blazer is true to size and I wear it in Petite 00. I went for another sleeveless layered option here with a FORME top from WHBM in Pumice.
