Over the last couple of years, I’ve been trying pieces from Quince to find the petite-friendly items. If you’re not familiar with Quince, they offer luxury items at affordable prices. By luxury, I mean quality construction and fabrics that rival expensive brands like J.Crew, Jenni Kayne, Reformation, Mate the Label, and more. Their pieces are made with 100% organic cotton, linen, and silk. I’m often asked if they’re legit, and they truly are. When I first started shopping with Quince a couple of years ago they mostly had cashmere sweaters and a few silk items but they have expanded exponentially and continue to add more.

While I focus on their clothing, they also offer home items like organic cotton bedding, rugs, and even furniture. I have high hopes they’ll add petites in the future; they don’t currently offer petite sizing. So the fit can be hit or miss for me with their items, but I have found so many pieces I’ve loved. In today’s post, I’m sharing a handful of my favorite items I’ve found at Quince that have a fantastic petite fit.

Favorite Finds from Quince

My Sizing: I’m 4’10”, and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″, and 36″. My inseam is 25″ (the measurement from the inside of my leg to my ankle bone). The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online. When referencing my true size, that is often the smallest option available at a brand or petite xxs/00/24. I wear a size 5 shoe.

Bella Relaxed Straight Jeans & Bella Straight Jeans

Quince makes excellent organic cotton jeans that are all $50. If you love jeans with stretch and clean washes, you’ll love these too. They don’t offer petites, but their jeans come in inseam options that have worked well for me. I have personally tried all of their jeans that come in an inseam that works for me. Some styles start at a 30″ inseam, which is too long for me, even in heels, so I haven’t tried those. My two favorite styles are the Bella Relaxed Straight Jeans and Bella Straight Jeans.

Bella Relaxed Straight Jeans

The Bella Relaxed Straight Jeans have a high 10″ rise, and the 28″ inseam works well for me. At first, 28″ was the shortest option for these jeans, but they now come in a 26″ inseam. To me, these jeans fit similarly to Abercrombie’s ’90s Relaxed Jeans, but the denim is stretchy instead of rigid, and they have a lower rise. They’re stretchy, comfortable, and don’t bag out with wear. I wear them in 24 x 28″ and find them to fit true to size.

Bella Straight Jeans

The Bella Straight Jeans are a classic straight style with a high rise and comfortable stretch. They have a 10″ rise and start at a 26″ inseam, which works well for me with this style. This pair has been a go-to for me over the last year. I love the clean wash, they don’t bag out with wear and they wash beautifully. The only thing I note with washing and drying is a slight shrinkage in their length. This season they’ve expanded the color options to include the dark rinse color I’m wearing here as well as white. They also come in black, medium, and light. If you prefer a slimmer leg and a lower rise, you may like their Luna Straight Jeans. I also like the Bella Cropped Flare Jeans.

Organic Cotton Sweaters

Quince makes the best sweaters around, with one caveat: if you’re petite like me. The quality and style is spot on, but since they aren’t petite, they are often a little bit oversized for me, especially the sleeves. However, I love an oversized cozy sweater, so the extra room and need to cuff the sleeves isn’t a deal breaker for me. They have excellent cashmere sweaters, but I’ve found that my personal favorites are the organic cotton options. All of them, from the cardigans to the crewnecks are great! They’re machine washable, they don’t pill and they’re thick and cozy. In this post I’ve thrown a crewneck style over my shoulders but some of my personal favorites are the Organic Cotton Boyfriend Sweater, Organic Cotton Fisherman Crew Sweater, Organic Cotton Cropped Cardigan, and the Knit Blazer. I wear all of their sweaters in XS and they have a slightly oversized fit. For a review of some of their cashmere sweaters, check out this post.

Washable Silk Skirt

The Washable Silk Skirt from Quince is beautiful and has a great fit for petites. The skirt is washable and 100% silk. It has a stretch waist and a subtle fit and flare style. I wear the skirt in XS and find it to fit true to size. The skirt is beautiful, but it can be a little bit fussy. It’s thin, so I recommend wearing shapewear with it. Otherwise, it will show all of your creases underneath. I wear Spanx shorts with it and will also layer another slip on top so it doesn’t cling to the shorts. It also wrinkles easily.

Cotton Cashmere and Jersey Tank Top

I bought two tank tops from Quince this season that I have loved and worn heavily—first, the Jersey Tank Top. I love the shape and fit of this top. It can be dressed up or worn with activewear. It’s not see-through and doesn’t gape at the arms. The Cotton Cashmere Tank Top is new to me, but has the same boatneck shape as the jersey tank top. This one is ribbed, giving it a more elevated look.

There is so much I have loved from Quince, including their bags, dresses, gold jewelry, and linen. For reviews of those items, check out these posts: linen reviews, dresses, and leather bags.

I look forward to trying and styling more pieces from Quince – especially if fingers crossed – they offer petites in the future!
