Jeans can be a great option for a business casual office, especially when paired with polished pieces like blazers, and polished cardigans.

In today’s post, I’m sharing four ways to wear jeans to work, all styled with the same pair of wide-leg jeans from Quince and a pair of dark chocolate brown boots.

My Sizing: I’m 4’10”, and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″, and 36″. My inseam is 25″ (the measurement from the inside of my leg to my ankle bone). The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online. When referencing my true size, that is often the smallest option available at a brand or petite xxs/00/24. I wear a size 5 shoe.

The Jeans: Quince Bella Wide Leg Jeans

For all four outfits, I’m wearing the Bella Wide Leg Jeans from Quince in the Midnight Blue wash. I love this deep, dark wash for workwear because it looks polished and pairs easily with blazers, cardigans, and other office staples.

The Bella Jeans have a high rise and a slim wide-leg fit. I’m wearing my true size, 24, and find them comfortable through the hips and thighs. I find these jeans to shrink if you dry them, so skip the dryer if you want to preserve the fit.

In my size, they have a 10″ rise. The rise increases with sizing, averaging around 10.5″ across the size range. I’m wearing the Short length, which has a 28″ inseam.

Wide Leg Jeans + Sweater + Blazer

A blazer is one of my favorite ways to dress up jeans for work.

For this outfit, I layered a sweater under a classic blazer and paired them with the Bella Wide Leg Jeans. The sweater is from Madewell and is a short-sleeve option with a petite-friendly cropped fit. It fits me well in my true size, xxs. The sweater looks great on its own but also layers nicely under the blazer. The blazer is true to size, I’m wearing Petite 00. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, I recommend sizing up.

Wide Leg Jeans + Dolman Sleeve Top

I went simple with this outfit with jeans and a dolman top. The top is from Ann Taylor and fits me well in my true size, Petite XXS. I love the color and the fit. It’s simple, but the dolman style ups the interest.

Wide Leg Jeans + Cashmere Cardigan

A cashmere cardigan is another beautiful way to dress up jeans for work. This cardigan is from Quince, their Cropped Mongolian Cashmere Cardigan. I’m wearing my true size, XS, and love the proportions. The cardigan comes right to the top of my hips, and the sleeves are a perfect length on me. I don’t need to roll or cuff them at all.

Wide Leg Jeans + Cotton Knit Blazer

For the last outfit, I styled the Bella Wide Leg Jeans with a cotton knit blazer from Quince. This is one of my favorite pieces because it combines the polished look of a blazer with the comfort of a sweater.

The knit blazer is made from 100% organic cotton and has a structured shape that makes it a great option for workwear. I’m wearing XS, and it has an excellent petite-friendly fit. The shoulders and sleeves are well proportioned on my frame, and the length works nicely with the wide-leg jeans.

I’ve had this knit blazer in my wardrobe for a few years, and it has held up beautifully through several washes.
