Over the years, I’ve tried quite a few sweaters from Quince. They’re consistently made with high-quality materials like 100% organic cotton and cashmere, but at a much more approachable price point than similar brands. While Quince doesn’t offer petite-specific sizing, I’ve still found a lot of real winners there. In today’s post, I’m sharing my top five petite-friendly sweaters from Quince, based on overall quality, versatility, and fit. I styled all of the sweaters in the post simply so you can see the true fit and length of the sleeves.

My Top Five Petite-Friendly Sweaters from Quince

My Sizing: I’m 4’10”, and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″, and 36″. My inseam is 25″ (the measurement from the inside of my leg to my ankle bone). The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online. When referencing my true size, that is often the smallest option available at a brand or petite xxs/00/24. I wear a size 5 shoe.

Mongolian Cashmere Crewneck Sweater – Navy

If you want a classic, I always come back to this crewneck sweater. It’s thin enough to tuck in and just as versatile as your favorite t-shirt, with a little more polish.

It’s slightly relaxed on me with a lived-in feel, but the proportions are nice on petites and the sleeve length doesn’t swallow my arms. I wear this sweater in XS. It layers well under jackets or coats and feels instantly timeless. It’s 100% Mongolian Cashmere, which is durable, pill-resistant, and so soft.

Mongolian Cashmere Cardigan – Forest Floor Green

A sweater that will never go out of style. The Cashmere Cardigan has an excellent petite fit. I find the sleeves to run a little slim, and the length is great overall. The cardigan is the same 100% Mongolian Cashmere as the crewneck.

I love the versatility of a fitted cardigan. You can wear them tucked in or as an outer layer. This cardigan is released in new colors throughout the season, and I am loving this shade of green. For size comparison, I’m wearing the sweater in XS.

100% Organic Cotton Cropped Cardigan – Cement Marl

The Organic Cotton Cropped Cardigan is well proportioned for petites. It has a cropped, swingy fit, and the sleeves hit right at my hands. It’s a medium-weight cardigan that works well year-round. I wear it in XS and find it to be true to size. Quince’s cotton sweaters are often favorites for me because they’re easy to care for — they’re machine washable and don’t pill easily.

100% Organic Cotton Fisherman Boxy Cropped Cardigan – Redwood Brown

This cardigan has been a longtime favorite of mine. It has a relaxed, boxy fit and feels so cozy. Since it’s 100% cotton, it’s easy to care for and doesn’t pill easily. I like the sleeve length and the relaxed fit through the body. This is one of those pieces that works just as well buttoned up as it does worn open.

Mongolian Cashmere Tee – Deep Orchid Purple

This cashmere tee is lightweight but cozy, and the fit is just right for petites — not too long and not too boxy. It’s a piece I’ve included in many of my capsule wardrobes, especially my workwear capsules. It feels elevated enough to wear on its own but also layers beautifully, making it a true year-round staple.

I love pairing it with wide-leg denim, trousers, or skirts, and I’ll often layer a cardigan over it when it’s chilly. It’s one of those pieces that always feels pulled together, even with something as simple as jeans and sneakers.

How to Care for Cashmere

I hand-wash my cashmere sweaters and lay them flat to dry. By accident, I once washed one of my Quince cashmere sweaters in the washing machine, and it came out fine – a testament to its durability. If hand washing feels tedious, you can also wash cashmere sweaters in a garment bag on a delicate cycle.

There is really a lot to love at Quince, and I love finding more and more things that are petite-friendly.
